Market Day is an ongoing monthly fundraiser in which the PTO earns a percentage of money from orders placed from the delicious selection of food including entrees and side dishes to snacks and desserts. An order sheet will come home in the Thursday Envelope each month. You just place an order and pick it up and pay for it at SGCS on the designated date, or you can also order and pay online. Parent volunteers help to fill orders. PTO earns approximately $4000 from this program.

There’s a wonderfully simple way for you to help us raise funds for our school. All you have to do is use your Target® Visa® or Target® Card, and a percentage of the amount of each purchase you make goes back to our school in the form of a cash donation from Target twice a year. The money can be used for things that aren’t in our budget, like new computers, A/V equipment, musical instruments, field trips—things that can really benefit your kids. Help us help our school through the Target Take Charge of Education program. Just visit target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate our school.

If you eat Tyson products, you can help St. Gabriel Consolidated School earn money!  Our school is taking part in a national fund-raising program sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc. The program is called Project A+, and, it works like this:  There’s a Project A+ label, worth 24˘, on various Tyson products that feature the Project A+ logo on the front of the package. Schools earn money from Tyson by collecting and redeeming the labels.

Participating schools can earn up to $12,000 per academic year, and there are no restrictions on how the funds are used.  We can use the money for anything we need — field trips, computer equipment, sports gear, library books — anything!
